I offer private pay counseling tailored to kids, teens, couples facing infertility, and individuals seeking addiction recovery. All sessions are conducted under the supervision of Lisa Randall, LCSW at Second Story Counseling.

We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and ensure we’re a good fit. Weekly sessions are then tailored to your needs, using evidence-based techniques to support your growth. I work collaboratively to create a plan that feels right for you.

45 minute session - $75

90 minute session - $150

Private pay offers discreet, flexible care without insurance involvement, allowing us to focus on what matters most to you.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Sierra will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly. Typically all clients start with weekly sessions and are adjusted based on needs.

All sessions adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines per the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners/HIPAA.
